Why Profile Posts, Reels or Stories May Be Unavailable
Profile details and media lists are separate requests. One may succeed while another is empty, restricted or temporarily unavailable.

Check the tab and the source account
Open the relevant tab in the Profile Viewer. Current Stories are time-limited, while Highlights are saved collections. A public account may have none of either.
Distinguish no content from a failed request
No current public Stories is a different result from a request Instagram rejected. A failed media list should not be interpreted as proof that the user never posted.
Use an individual link when available
If you already have a public post or Reel URL, paste that exact link into its downloader. Individual media lookup and account-wide listing can have different availability.
A successful profile lookup does not guarantee that every media list is available.
