A missing Highlight can mean the owner removed it, the account is private or Instagram did not return the collection during this request.

Confirm the public profile
Open the account on Instagram and check whether the Highlight ring is still visible. A private account's collections are not available to anonymous viewers.
Check the stage that failed
If collection names appear but an item does not open, the media URL may have expired. If the list itself fails, Instagram may be limiting or withholding profile data.
Retry responsibly
Reload the Highlights tab later when the source is temporarily unavailable. Repeated rapid attempts do not make private or deleted content public.
