Open the post in Instagram and copy its Share link again. A profile URL is not a video post URL, and a deleted, private or restricted post cannot be made public by a downloader.
If Instagram itself shows a login wall or unavailable page, the same restriction can affect the downloader.
Refresh temporary media links
A preview can work while a signed CDN link expires a few minutes later. Use Refresh links once, then try the current file again instead of submitting repeated rapid requests.
If the browser blocks a direct save but the file opens, use the browser's normal Save or Share menu.
Check the downloaded file
Play the MP4 in another player and check whether it contains an audio track. A muted player and a silent source file are different problems.
